1. KEY TERMS
Website – located on the Internet at: https://teus.com.ua Website Administration – TEUS
User – a natural or legal person who has submitted their personal information via the feedback form on the Website with the subsequent aim of transferring the data to the Website Administration.
Feedback form – a special form where the User submits their personal information with the aim of transferring the data to the Website Administration.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of the Website Administration and sets out the procedure for the processing and protection of information concerning natural and legal persons who use the Feedback Form on the Website.
2.2 The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure the proper protection of information about the User, including their personal data, from unauthorised access and disclosure.
2.3 Relations concerning the collection, storage, dissemination and protection of information about Users are governed by this Privacy Policy and the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
2.4 The current version of the Privacy Policy is a public document, developed by the Site Administration and accessible to any Internet user by clicking on the hyperlink “Privacy Policy”.
2.5 The Site Administration reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy.
2.6 When amendments are made to the Privacy Policy, the Site Administration shall notify the User by publishing the new version of the Privacy Policy on the website https://teus.com.ua
2.7 When a new version of the Privacy Policy is published on the Website, the previous version is retained in the Site Administration’s documentation archive.
2.8 By using the Feedback Form, the User expresses their consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2.9 The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about the User.
3. TERMS AND PURPOSES OF THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF USERS’ PERSONAL DATA
3.1 The User’s personal data, such as: first name, surname, patronymic, email, telephone number, Skype, etc., is provided by the User to the Website Administration with the User’s consent.
3.2 The provision of personal data by the User to the Website Administration via the feedback form constitutes the User’s consent to the transfer of their personal data.
3.3 The Site Administration processes information about the User, including their personal data such as: first name, surname, patronymic, email, telephone number, Skype, etc., as well as additional information about the User provided voluntarily by them: organisation, city, position, etc. for the purpose of fulfilling obligations to the Website User.
3.4 The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the following principles: a) the lawfulness of the purposes and methods of processing personal data and the principle of good faith; b) the consistency of the purposes of processing personal data with the purposes previously defined and stated at the time of collection of personal data; c) the scope and nature of the personal data being processed must be proportionate to the methods and purposes of processing; d) databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes must not be merged.
3.5. The Website Administration processes the User’s personal data with their consent for the purpose of providing services/selling goods offered on the Website.
4. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The User’s personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and is used strictly for the purposes specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.
5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1 The User’s personal data shall not be transferred to any third parties, except in cases expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy and specified in the Consent to the mailing list.
5.2 The provision of the User’s personal data upon request by state bodies or local authorities is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
6. RETENTION PERIODS AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1 The User’s personal data is stored on the website’s electronic media indefinitely.
6.2 The User’s personal data shall be deleted at the User’s request, or at the initiative of the Website Administrator without giving reasons, by the Website Administration removing the information posted by the User.
7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS
Users have the right, upon request, to receive information from the Site Administration regarding the processing of their personal data.
8. MEASURES TO PROTECT USER INFORMATION
The Site Administrator takes technical and organisational and legal measures to ensure the protection of the User’s personal data against unauthorised or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, dissemination and disclosure.
